Dollyshoes' Diary - Whipping Myself into Shape!

Hi everyone, I've been attending WW for the past number of weeks but can feel myself becoming a little complacent and casual with my eating - this happened to me once before when I got to the 6 week-ish mark and I am determined not to slip up again! This time to weight is coming off for good :)

I've been lurking on this forum for a little while but was always too scared to post. Now however I am starting my food diary because if I think it'll motivate me a little more to be good! Had my weigh-in this morning and was down 1lb so was happy with that but to be honest I wasn't as disciplined as I should have been last week so want to try much harder over the next few days.

Going for dinner tonight for my friends birthday (eek!) but have already scoped the menu and they have lovely salad options so I will be good... Too early in the week for me to use up all my weeklies, I need them as a comfort blanket once mid-week hits :p

Will update my day's meals once I get back later! x
