Ive just ate a dominos ive used barely any syns all week and caved does anyone know ruffly how many syns and has anyone had a dominos been good the rest of the week and not put any pounds on or even lost any? Feeling super bad even though it was good ahhhh
I've eaten a dominos and then cut back for the rest of the week and still lost. It's not something I would advocate though and will depend upon how close to weigh day you are and how much you ate.
