sounds like you are in an addiction cycle hon, and once you are in the "ritual" of the addiction it can be damn near impossible to stop it in it's path hence the eating even when your mind is screaming "no". You have to work out where your ritual starts and then you'll be able to break out of it earlier. Think of it like an alcoholic who has to choose not to drink each and every time.
