Dont get me wrong but......

I love my friends but why does meeting up with them scupper my dieting. Had usual amount of syns friday and thursday, and today had 10 in morning for breakkie (grabbed a breakfast bar of oh as ran out of sw ones)
we went out to lunch and had some mushrooms in a sauce not too bad but not syn free and then 4 lamb meatballs and rice - not too bad again but of course i ended up eating the tortillas that came with it.
I then cooked spag bol for our tea and had garlic bread with it and followed with a pudding.

Now will work really hard till thurs to ensure that i at least maintain. Could be worse i could use it as an excuse to keep eating lol.

menu planned for next couple of days and tomorrow's menu is 3.5syns but rest of day syn free, mon syn free and tues syn free (and wed as well) so will be able to claw it back

Hi Ronnie.

I'm sure you will be fine hun, just knock a couple of sins off each day of the week and eat some speed foods. Pineapple works for me. At least you know that you are drawing a line under it and starting a fresh in the morning rather than thinking I have had one bad day lets have another.
