I am new on SW too and it is a little confusing at first - but aren't the SW chips beautiful - I had mine with cajun spice - yummy!
Your daily intake looks good - except where is your veg?
Try to load your plate with lots of healthy veg.
I have just found a brilliant Steam veg bowl at Aldi which is scrummy and saves a lot of work peeling and chopping (I think they are 2 1/2 syns but don't know why - there is no dressing?)
