    Lunch

    3 Skinless chicken legs
    Salt & Vinegar Ryvita Minis(HE)
    Vanilla Muller Light

    Dinner

    SW chips
    Diced turkey breast
    Peas
    Gravy (2syns)

    Snack

    2 Dairy Milk squares (3syns)

    If I'm wrong please tell me!!

    Hey Kitty
    I am new on SW too and it is a little confusing at first - but aren't the SW chips beautiful - I had mine with cajun spice - yummy!
    Your daily intake looks good - except where is your veg?
    Try to load your plate with lots of healthy veg.
    I have just found a brilliant Steam veg bowl at Aldi which is scrummy and saves a lot of work peeling and chopping (I think they are 2 1/2 syns but don't know why - there is no dressing?)

    1/2 tin of spaghetti hoops

    Dinner

    Beef Stir Fry - beef, medium egg noodles, peas, green beans, broccoli, carrots, garli, mushrooms, soy sauce.
    Cup of tea (HE)
    Frozen Muller Light

    Snack

    2 Pink n Whites(5 syns)

    1 Mr Kipling Chocolate chip slice (25g, I weighed it, sad but true - 5.5 syns I think?)
