Dont understand my body!

Last week I lost 2 pounds, followed SW 100% and didnt do any exercise.

This week I STS, followed SW 100% and went swimming 3 times.

The same happened with my boyfriend who is on SW. It seems that no exercise produces more weight loss!!! ha.

I am going to look at my food diary for the first week and see what I did differently to this week and make some changes for the next week ahead :eek:
 
Sometimes though I find that I havent changed a thing and yet my losses can be so different. One week I only lost 0.5lbs, the next week having done nothing different, I lost 2.5lbs! No rhyme or reason to it really.
 
Even if you haven't lost any weight it's quite possible that your body has changed shape and you've lost inches instead.
