i know what you mean, i've received a comment off somone here and it wasn't bad, rude or offensive etc.. just how it was said, felt like a slap to the face.. so i just said "*fluff* it" and ignored.. i've spent most of my life listening to crap and letting it get the better of me, no more

One customer has to be so rude to you in work, and off they go on holidays (I work in the airport) and they Leave you pissed off & have ruined your whole day without a second thought!!

That's the travel industry for you! I work at a ferry port and a lot of them are the same here!! They don't care! Hope your day gets better x

I work for an airline and used to work in the terminal too, some of the people were unreal (blame it on the stress of travelling!) but others were so lovely and made it so worth it.

It just makes you wonder how people actually get through life? I mean it was there in black and white that postage was listed as £5.00 however the actual price would depend on Royal Mail's pricing to ship to their particular country. TWO different people have emailed me asking why on their invoice the postage isn't £5.00, you live in America and Germany...have a guess! Aghhhhhhhhhhhh! On the bright side, one has now paid, the other is probably still trying to read my response.
