Dont you just hate it..

    when you realise the thing thats been slowing/sabotaging your weight loss is yourself! Ive just done that.

    Finally hit me that me moaning about my slowing losses is my own fault.

    Im not following EE. Im following the "I like some of the free foods so ill eat them and not the superfree ones" plan, hence why my weight loss has slowed!

    From now on I must pledge to eat my 1/3 superfree. Grrr to me!

    Well - your post just prompted me t go and have a read through the list of superspeed food just to check I haven't been messing up. Think I'm okay. I was pleased because I didn't think carrots, swede and turnip were superspeed but they are. Yay!!

    I was suprised by some of the things too!
    Just shows you should never be complacent with this!
