Congratulations! Some times I feel as if I will never get there.

This is the first time inumpteen years I have ever reached a target I've set - if I can do it anyone can, really!

DYJLIW you beat a PB running! Agreed to take part in a charity event to raise money for a young local kid who needs to go to USA for an op! It was a 100 mile run, comprising 20 people doing 5 miles each-going off at half hour intervals. I was at 9am, and my friend Linzi came with me. When we arrived, the organiser said he'd mixed up the distance, and the route was actually just over 6 miles-so we ended up running 10k on a Sunday morning-and I knocked 6 mins off my previous 10k time!! Woooooooo
And proof we did it-that bridge behind us was the halfway point
