Double Trouble Weekend: Event & Wedding

Day 4 and 5 this weekend a tough one...
Saturday had volunteered at at local event to serve food to guests at lunchtime !! I cannot say no now... arghhhhh

Sunday attending a wedding & reception...

Does anyone take the shakes with them when they go out like this? guess I best have it in the car and just stick to water and black tea on the table.

As it doesnt matter when you have your shake i try to keep to having them at home myself, I drink loads of water whne im out and about instead to keep me full
