Double up on shakes??

Hey guys,

I keep forgetting to have my lunch time shake (how good is ketosis, no hunger :)) anyhow, can i just have 2 at the same time for tea to fit them in or should i be having them at regular intervals? Ive still got to have 2 tonight........thanks for your help :D x x

Hi there....I've asked my pharmacist about this, and he said that it didn't matter what time you have the shakes, just as long as you have all three in a day. I'm guessing that having two at once will probably make you feel really full though, so maybe have them both this evening with as much gap as you can in between?

And yes, isn't it great to not feel hungry??!!!! Love it!

I think that you are meant to have at least 4 hours between each one - this is what I had learnt last year when I was on LT - and also not to go more than about 6 hours (unless sleeping of course) between them. It was something to do with the way that the vitamins and minerals were absorbed into your body. I guess you could try it and see and if it works for you and you have good losses then no problems.
