Dramaqueen Food diary.

I keep being so good, and depriving myself monday to friday, and then come friday night all my good work goes to waste only to start again monday. Of course this means i am maintaining weight but not gaining. Thought i would motivate myself by starting this food diary. Also, as i am going SW alone, any tips or noticed mistakes in syns etc. would be very helpful !
So here we go....

Monday 13th june 2011 - EE day

Breakfast: fruit bowl - 1 banana, 1 orange, 6/7 large grapes. 1 alpen light bar 1/2 Hex B

cup of coffee - dash of skimmed milk and sweetner.

2 small chews, worked out at 3 1/4 syns for both

Lunch : Tin of spagetti -
some pineapple
