Dreading Weigh in

Im really dreading my weigh in on monday ive been off plan for 3 weeks and no matter how hard i try i cant seem to get back on track i am watching Biggest Loser Australia the last few days to try get ne motivated. Any tips from forum members would be great xx
 
Bite the bullet, go back and find out the damage. You certainly won't be the only one with a big gain over Christmas. And once you have been back it will be so much easier to draw a line under it and get back on track. Good luck!!!
