dried fruit

Does anyone know the syns for dried fruit? Not the crystallised stuff that has sugar added, just ordinary dried fruit with nothing added? I work at Julian Graves and we stock a lot of different kinds, yesterday we had a split bag of dried pears and OMG! They look horrible but taste absolutely divine. :D

I only had a couple of pieces as I suspect they're probably quite high in syns, if anyone can help me out I'd really appreciate it. We do things like apricots and peaches and sun-dried mango etc too, any info would be a real help. :)

28g of dried pears is 3 syns (no idea how many 28g is!)

I have had a rummage around and the following are for 28g (all dried):
Sultanas, 4 syns
cranberries, 5 syns
figs, 3 syns
pineapple, 4 syns
apricots, 2.5 syns
apple, 3.5 syns
banana, 7 syns

Hope this helps

p.s. I couldn't work at Julian Graves and be surrounded by all those nuts- they are my absolute weakness!!!!

Ha, luckily I don't like nuts at all! I didn't think I'd like the dried fruit either, but it's yummy. The worst section of the shop for me is the one that contains the plain chocolate ginger. *cries* Before I started SW, I used to eat a whole 400g bag of that in one go. 2000 calories, I discovered later!!!

Thanks for the info, much appreciated. :)
