Does anyone know the syns for dried fruit? Not the crystallised stuff that has sugar added, just ordinary dried fruit with nothing added? I work at Julian Graves and we stock a lot of different kinds, yesterday we had a split bag of dried pears and OMG! They look horrible but taste absolutely divine.
I only had a couple of pieces as I suspect they're probably quite high in syns, if anyone can help me out I'd really appreciate it. We do things like apricots and peaches and sun-dried mango etc too, any info would be a real help.
