Dried mixed fruit

Hello

can anyone let me know the syns in dried mixed fruit or failing that raisins, currants & sultana's

also dried cranberries if poss please

syns for whatever quantity comes up

I have been off plan and using a couple of tablespoons on my porridge to make it a bit more interesting, its lush and I dont want to stop but need to figure out how to syn it now im back on plan
