Drinking my first shake....how odd !!

Its the strangest texture, almost invisible if that makes sense, feels like drinking a cloud
Plus side is it tastes not bad, vanilla and im 750ml water down already

I guess they do have an odd 'thick but not' texture. Cloud like is the best way to describe them!

I always liquidise my shakes with ice as that gives them a little more bulk and it also gets extra water into me as I'm not good at drinking the amounts of water I should. Good luck on your journey. xx

I've had my first shake too (strawberry) and its not too bad. Not sweet like CD and rather quite creamy!! Hey I can do this.
