drinking water after exercise

    I've heard that you're not supposed to drink water straight after exercise because you're putting the calories back on or something?? is this true or not? lol

    Water has no calories and you have to drink after, before and during exercise to hydrate your muscles, etc...

    Dehydration hinders many cell processes and also exercise...your performance decreases...

    I also thought it was a bit odd but I heard it on tv so I was thinking what the hell
