Drinking water = weight loss?

I cant see the BBC but the title is a no brainer! Water makes you fuller so if you drink water before dinner your already filling up and will eat less....
 
Sorry to gate crash, but I saw a programe a while back. They tested water with a meal against water within the meal, ie soup. They scanned the stomach of everyone, and the ones that had the water as part of a meal in a soup, the stomach was fuller 4 hours later.

These were all the same meals, they just added water to make it into a soup.
