So i am almost done with my refeed now and was thinking of using the soups and shakes after as just general low calorie meals when I am in a rush. my parter says I can not drink if I even have one of them a day, Is this true?
I am obviously not drinking until my refeed is complete but if i want a glass of wine or beer one night and i have had one of those would it not be advised to drink?
