ah good i asked my cdc at my first meeting and she said no way to green for some reason. thank you

is it just green tea or can it be the flavored green tea?

Pure green tea is fine ..... add a sweetner if you want to. Flavoured ones would have extra "no no's"!!

Green tea is perfect, my cdc has tried to get me to drink it all the way. Great for keeping you regular, excuse my nastyness.

you can get peppermint green tea which is quite nice, not sure what other flavours you can get?

I drink green and mint tea all the time, just gives a bit of variation.

i like green tea and it burns fat if you drink 3 + cups a day so cant be that bad :D:)
