just wondered if anyone else has started getting dry, peeling skin since starting this? I never used to get it, but it's getting qute bad on my T-zone and at my hairline. Could it be connected to starting SW?

Cyrs you should add some olive oil to your diet. A tablespoon is 1 HEB or if you've used up your HEs then you can have a couple of teaspoons for 4 syns.

I experienced the EXACT dry skin problem, on t-zone and hairline. I've been using Simple's Derma Intensive Relief cream and it works really well. Big thumbs up from me.

drink more water your skin could be dehydrated, and aswell as getting extra virgin olive in to your diet, use it as a cream, rub it into your skin, use it like baby oil in the bath.
