Hi,
I personally am a big fan of the pinot grigio - so one of the first things I did when I got my book was look up its syn value! It said that 175ml of dry white wine was 6 syns, which allows me two of those a day if I wish, I suppose?
In order to avoid having to measure this out every time, I had a look at how much those little bottles (one glass amount) you can buy contain, and it's apparently 187 (strange amount!)
So I did some maths and found that two of those little bottles a day works out to 13 syns (that's rounded up). I found it easier this way, rather than measuring it out.
Just thought I'd throw this out there just in case anyone wanted to know, or just incase anyone feels this is totally wrong!!
