Anybody else signed up to the website coaching and app. I have an it's bonkers! Not really sure how helpful it's going to be but there as clearly been som translation issues which are quite funny! Xx

Nah...considered it when I hit a plateau but I don't think there's anything in the coaching that can't be found on here, apart from the comedy translation. I also think that this forum is very honest and you get help from people who have experienced the same problems and successes.
At the end of the day the coaching costs only £97, a fraction of what many of us have spent on diets through the years, and can't hurt. You have the best of both.
