Dukan diet

Hi everyone...
I am new to this site and am halfway through my first day of dukan.. Feeling very sick and headachey! But will be worth it, have give up on every diet so far but have read up lots on mr dukan. So far...

Brek: omelette with ham

Snack: 0% fat vanilla yog

Lunch: 1/4 roast chicken no skin

For tea I'm having.. Steak with pepper

Oat bran galette for pud :)

Is this right? Any help would be appreciated xx
