Hi, you really need the book!

PP is a protein day and PV is protein and veg/salad. That is in the cruise phase where you do 1 day on 1 day on or five days each although I am sure most on here would advise 1/1 which is what I do.

Attack is the first phase which lasts as many days as you have been advised to do it. This is protein and low/zero dairy plys oat bran which You MUST eat throughout and at least 2 litres of water a day.

Best to read the book if you haven't already. Good luck it sure does work if you stick to it!!

PP is pure protein and PV is protein and vegetables. Ie on cruise you do 1 day PP and 1 day V. Welcome :)

awww thanks girls! i have had a quick read of my friends book so think i have the basics, i am off to Tesco later to get the book but just wanted to get going really, i have looked online too to make sure its in my head a bit better, i hope i get some results the ladies on here are getting and my friend has lost 9lb in a week!

If it helps your enthusiasm I lost 5 lbs in 5 days on attack. Went on cruise but messed up with naughty things! Back on attack now and lost 1 lb yesterday and hopefully another before back to cruise.

You really need to stick to this like glue. You should not feel hungy either. Just remember you must have the oat bran and drink all the water!!
