Well been trying everything to stay regular, more water, and more fibre but had to resort to a trip to the chemist on the way to work today to get advise on a remedy for a one off fix..
The helpful pharmacist recommended Dulcolax Perles, she said they don't cause cramps like the regular Dulcolax.. Good news!!
I'm keen to get sorted for the weekend so after reading dosage 2-4 gel caps I downed 4 when I got to work, hoping that everything will start to move later this evening or tomorrow..
Though thinking I may have acted in haste..any experiences out there?? with the Perles ?, aparently they are quite new product?, just curious..
