On the positive side I got hubby to put a new battery in my scales and I haven't put on a single lb over Christmas so I've managed to maintain at 16 stone plus or minus a lb for about 4 months I think Current weight 16.1 Just found my dust box and doing an inventory now of what I have left

Wow! That's impressive! I put on about 7 lol x

Thanks Lynne been really unwell so off the food anyway which is a shame as we've got a fridge full of nice food, on the plus side I've already lost weight
