Hi, I have just started SS and wondered if it was too late to join your easter challenge?

I tried CD once before and lasted about a week, a combination of bad attitude towards it, lack of support and a nightmare at work. This time I (think) am in a much better frame of mind, work has calmed down a bit ...so fingers crossed.

You all seem to be doing really well

if you copy and paste the entire list above, add yourself to the bottom and your goal We're heading for the 10th April as final target.

Well, I had a weigh-in yesterday, and lost just under 2kgs, so that's about 4lbs. Woohoo for me! Was actually hoping to have lost a weeny bit more than that, but it's all going the right way, so here's to the next 4lbs.

Well done! 4lb is a great average you know!! don't be dissapointed, CD reckon on losses of 14lb a month, so you're right on target!

I'm still patiently (not so patiently) waiting till Thursday to see my CDC . Can't wait as I was 214lbs when I spoke to her and know I'll be below that.

Don't be too dissapointed with your loss this week - 2lb is still great, try and look at the overall picture you are doing really well and have likely lost inches this week rather than the scale moving much.
