Thanks Purple Hugs, even though we are sworn enemies!! I'm going to try not to get too excited or expect a big loss next week. Maybe losing this 6lb is part of what I would have lost next week.

I'm feeling great today. Probably the best I have felt for years. So I'll just enjoy it and take it as it comes.
