Berryred!! That is FANTASTIC news!! I really missed you! ((hugs)) you really can do well, and it'll get easier I'm sure.
If you need something to tide you over, I can vouch for slimfast.. I did this for a week before starting CD (figured the shakes would ease me in) it worked and I lost 6lb no withdrawls when i started either.. that or the thread on easing into CD that is on here.
