Lost 3 pounds this week, not too bad, i think i have retained a bit of water due to it being the week after my TOTM. also, only just found out you are only allowed 1 teaspoon of water flavouring OR mousse a day, i have been having at least 2 teaspoons and then a mousse as well so that could have contributed!

total lost is 2 stone in 5 weeks though!
