Thanks. Unfortunately my original weight doesn't count in group as I started the journey offline. I did however get my 6 stone award in group last night. I'll add a bit more about it in my personal thread shortly. My body is aching!

I left it 2 weeks to weigh in again and unfortunately this morning I am still 16st 3lbs. This is my 6th week at the same weight and I’m really using all my tools and supports to try to stay motivated. I know the scales will eventually move down if I just keep going…
