Hi all,

I know there are a few pages dedicated to easter Treats but I can not clarify how many syns for easter egg choc. I have a cadbury egg and a rolo egg and wonder is the choc 7.5 syn per 28g???

Other threads say 5.5 syn per 28g! Im dying to measure them out! :D:D:D:D:D

Thanks xx

If it's the standard Cadbury's Easter Egg that has been on various offers since just after Christmas! Then I think the chocolate egg is 26.5 syns the whole egg (approx 100g) so half an egg (50g) is 13/14 syns each and therefore a 28g portion would be approx. 7/8 syns. The actual Creme Eggs are 8.5 syns each - hope that helps? xx

as a general rule if the choc has calories on then 20cals=1syn. i know i shouldnt really do this and its always better to check syn values but for chocolate this generally works
