Couldn't resist posting this. I'm very proud of myself, as a very average cook (in my head I'm Nigella Lawson). It's easy and I don't think it's all that bad. Unless I'm mistaken, you can gave 3/4 of one of these a day. I was just a little tired of flavoured yogurt/ fromage frais/ quark.
Some may find it a bit basic but for those like me, you might like it.
1 packet jelly of your choice
300g fat-free cream cheese (I got some at Lidl 0.2% fat, the lowest I've seen)
150ml fromage frais or quark
Dissolve the jelly in 200ml boiling water.
Let it cool for about 10 minutes.
Stir into the cream cheese until nicely combined.
Stir in the fromage frais till nicely combined.
Chill (both you and the cake)
Next time I might add a bit more fromage frais or quark as it was just a tad sweet for me.
