Here is hoping a food diary will keep me on track for my weight loss journey with Slimmingworld. I will be doing this from home so will not have any access to books or syn lists apart from those on this website. Please feel free to correct me if some of my values may be wrong as I would appreciate all the extra knowledge and help that is offered 
So week 1, i had a 1.8lbs loss which I am not so disappointed by as I had a full on food weekend with the family, however during the weekdays I made sure that I stuck to my food plan for the week. I was quite skeptical of this lifestyle working for me but I absolutely love it! I try and make sure I have more superfree foods on my plate than free foods. I will be updating my losses or gains every Tuesday from home weigh-ins.
