Build it up with walk / run intervals if you want to improve.

If you don't enjoy running though then my best advice would be find something you do enjoy. You're far more likely to give it your all and improve your fitness if you can find something you love doing :)

Pippa if you get time is it possible to link me the heart rate minitor you use. Im intrrested! Do you think its worth spending money on it if i only exercise 20 mins a day or so?
 
Mine was a present so not sure where's it's from but will happily have a look for you later :) 20 mins a day = 2 hours per week. Bet you do 10 hours a week without even realising.

Ooh kettle exercise I forgot to tell you. Hold kettlebell upright by the base in your hands. Lunge forward, turn to the side of the lunged leg with the kettlebell. Stand up, repeat with the other leg. Do for 1 minute and keep our core tight throughout.

Does that make sense? Feels a bit rambled!
 
Totally understand. Will do a kettlebell workout tomorrow. I had 2 sneaky pints with my lunch and now feel really blaaaa lol. Tired and fatigued! My own fault tho!
 
Not had heaxa! I dont hav baileys tho...i have eggnog lol. Well its advocat. Trouble is if i dont stop drinking i continue until bed time...7 hours away. Haha. Stop whilst im ahead!
 
Hahaha i wouldnt want to end up dancing around in flash socks now would i ;) if only it was a saturday! Id be on that eggnog like a ...slimming worlder on....quark lol
