Eat, Sleep, Weigh, Repeat'

It was really weird! I cant describe it lol. Im going to try another tomorrow ( when im not hungover).and see what i think then. They were quite expensive though so hope i dont become addicted lol
 
Day 8 squat challenge- meant to be a rest day but didnt have my phone upstairs so i guessed at 80. Who needs rest anyway lol
Plank- 45 secs.

30 min dog walk

Breakfast- 2 boiled eggs. Grapes

Lunch- leftover chinese takeaway.

Work snacks- apple, banana, alpen lights hexb. Muller light

Tea- really dont know! Maybe garlic chicken and lots of veg or salad. Very unplanned this week :/

Bbq chicken salad-
Lettuce, boiled egg, pepper, mushrooms, snap peas, coleslaw (syns) wrap (syns) ,balsamic vinegar, seafood stick

I had one wen i got home from work...ive decided i do like them. Altho would be good with cheese and pickle salad! The one i had for tea wasnt pickled tho :)
 
Ummm i might stuff some big flat mushrooms with the meat. Im trying to steer away from carbs this week so will have it with loads of veg and salad

Dog walk

Made some macaroni cheese frittata. Its in the oven. Yum! Whole thing 1.5 syns so not sure how to syn it. Most of my frittatas make 8 small slices. Or 6 big slices :/
