Eat, Sleep, Weigh, Repeat'

Porridge oats soaked overnight in yoghurt. Then I add fruit and honey the next day. They are ok. Good for when I don't have time to make actual porridge

Morning! Another early one for me. Slept well though.

Breakfasr- two boiled eggs. Yoghurt

Snack - grapes. Special k bar

Oh dam minimins!! I'm working 8-1 today. But I plan on relaxing after work to shift my heavy head as not feeling 100% still :/ one more long day tomorrow then I'm off for a week!

Lunch today was left over chilli. Ww yoghurt. Pink and white.

Tea- not sure what to have for tea! Not done a proper shop. Just things to get us by for a couple of days. I've got fajitas for tomorrow tho! Yum!
 
No I used them during salad week!! :( eating the cupboards down a bit during the move. Then will do a big shop to fill them again!
