I don't think so. I mean I'm not a crowd person. I always try and avoid. I don't know. I think if my blood results come back normal and if my ears are normal I think I will talk about it possibly being a anxiety issue. There was no way out if the queue. It was like a maze and it panicked me a lot! I'm a worrier. But things are getting quite bad. Like on my first aid course. I could see me feeling faint and dizzy before I actually did. Although I feel the pills are helping a bit as before I struggle to queue in tesco without having to leave the shop. And I managed 40 mins today! Lol
 
Definitely. I usually feel better if I'm with rick as I can say ' too many people this way can we go that way?' And as we're a couple he understands but today just tipped us over the edge. I felt like a caged animal :(,lesson learnt anyway :((((( wish we stuck to our first idea.. beach and arcades
 
Morning! Woke up to lots of rain today!!
What to do?!

I've got mince out for tea. Not sure what for yet though. Or what to have for breakfast! Will have a browse on the what to have for breakfast thread...
 
Was thinking burgers. We still have some fresh salad which needs eating and cheese from when we had big Mac in a bowl so may be the best option :)

Why is health food so expensive?!

I feel a detox coming on from now....

Researched some clean recipes and I'm on it. Shopping coming tomorrow. Trying to cut out Carbs as much and use brown rice and sweet potato.

Bought myself a new lunchbox for motivation and some skewers for a different lunch idea.

Watch this space!
 
So hungry today! So far I've had

Brrakfast- wholemeal toast.

Lunch- cous cous with tuna and skinny cappuccino muller.

Tea- waiting for pulled pork and rice with veg. Starving!!
 
So much for my health kick! I got really bored so we walked to my mums and the whole family was there. We ended up drinking 3 bottles of wine. We then nipped to congratulate our best friends on engagement and had champagne. My head is..ouch! Today!.
Still staying on plan though.
Breakfast- wm bacon sandwich.

Lunch/ tea- chicken roast. Yum!

Lots of coffee!

Shopping is coming between 1-2 and lots of healthy goodness arriving!

Tea- same as yesterday. Chicken, kale and sweet potato
 
Bad mood! Hardly slept last night. Up at 6 am. I'm biking to work and it's pissing it down all day!its also half term so work is crazy. :( :( :( horrid horrid horrid
