Morning! Really struggled getting up today! Blerghhhh 
Breakfast - two linda McCartney sausages 
Lunch - 6 wholegrain crackerbread hexb, 4 el triangles ( 3/4 of hexa) chicken breast, banana.
Snacks- 2 boiled eggs, chewy bar if I'm hungry (4.5) watermelon throughout the day.
Tea- pork loin with lots of veg and sweet potato. 
Thinking I may drive to work today. I'm feeling tired already!
