Just checked the ' do not eat' foods on that list..They are my fave foods!! Lol.
I think I need to have a clear out and go shopping!
 
Have you looked into the low fodmap diet becki? I follow that as best I can for my ibs. My tum was like that all of the time before. I looked 6 months pregnant just from eating certain goods x

If you have a moment Tasha can you please write a list of all your GF essentials which you use weekly please. Mainly bread, oats. Do you use a particular stock or anything else you buy specifically as it's gluten free. I would be really greatful :)
 
I'm more wheat free than gluten free! But I use tesco gf pasta (much nicer than aldi!), tesco/aldi gf oats, I was using aldi gf bread which I found was the nicest one but now I'm just eating spelt bread! I just use normal stock! I don't think i really buy anything else specific. I don't eat any biscuits/cakes/treats that aren't gluten free! Tesco and aldi ranges are both good for that but you probably keep that stuff to a minimum anyway! I highly recommend cutting onions out of your diet, they are so dodgy for ibs sufferers! I do have garlic though. I limit yoghurt too and milk! I am fine with cheese though! You'll find your own rhythm! Apples are a killer for me too! Just trying to remember the big things for me! Ask any questions or for me to elaborate if im not being clear! Anything else I think of that stands out, ill let you know! xx
 
Thank you tasha. I didn't know aldi did gf food. It's quite expensive from . what I've seen at asda. I eat a lot of onions so I will cut those out for a while. Thank you :)

Morning ..feeling a lot better today. I'm off work again. Not by choice..I offered to go in but they said to stay home and get better. I'm feeling okay and definitely need to do some exercise!

Breakfast- 3 ww sausages (1.5 syns) two big strawberries

I have leftover passanda for lunch but feeling like I need fruit and veg! So will update later.
