Hi all,
Sorry to inundate the cc forum with posts, but I am really confused about eating back my exercise calories.
If I burn 300 cals on the treadmill, but then eat them back, does this not ruin the hard work at the gym? Obviously I get the fact that you will be fitter and your toning muscles, but as far as pure lb loss goes, does the fact you eat them back not make it pointless?
