Today is a PV day, normally I am quite excited to be having vegetables but this heat makes me not want to eat at all
I am assuming it is more important to eat proteins than the vegetables, although need to get some vegetables in there too. So far today I have managed about 6 tablespoons of plain yoghurt and half a pot of cottage cheese with chives. Drinking loads needless to say.
