Eating indiab out....

Hi all, my boyfriend took me to an Indian restaurant last night I'm not good with spicy food. So opted for the
Vegtable korma, boiled rice and 1 & 1/2 popadoms, with a couple of table spoons of mint sauce..
I know this is quite bad, but have the sins too use..
Can anyone help me how many sins this will be??!! Thanks!! ;)

Don't know how much the mint sauce would be ?? 3 for 2 tbsps.

As you say, if you have the syns to use then don't worry about it too much. I have been out for plenty of meals since I've been doing this. Some I've stayed on the most sensible stuff that's fairly low syns, others I've just had what I wanted (including pudding etc) and been as careful as I can manage during the week (but don't go overboard - rather flexible syn than deprive then binge).

So, hope it was good and don't worry too much.
