Oh forgot to say, weighed in this morning and lost 0.5lb, not a great loss and given that I have been pretty much 100% (I think) I am a bit gutted :(

Well, take away tonight as friends are coming round.. this was planned a week or so back, and tbh I am looking forward to it. I just need to make sure things don't spiral and I do get straight back on track tomorrow :)
 
Hi red Mel..found your diary! Food pics look lush. Do you put anything on your mushrooms and do you grill them?
0.5lb is still a loss. Don't get disheartened and good luck with this week.

No I don't put anything on the mushrooms if having with a cooked breakfast, just fry them in either frylight or a tsp of oil. I have a nice looking mushroom curry recipe that I am yet to try out too, which I will get the ingrediants for sometime in the near future ;)
 
Well.donr a loss is a loss! I think you could.be eating a lot more, maybe try having some more free and superfree x

I haven't felt hungry at all, and some days felt like I ate loads, so I'm not sure I could fit much more in. Also I don't think I could really afford to buy anything more shopping-wise?

One area I do need to improve on is water/fluid consumption, I am not really one for drinking much and particularly not water, but I will make more effort this week:)

I chose mushroom fried rice and made a syn free curry sauce to go with it my husband had a huge plateful and said it was really lovely :)

I really want hunters chicken tomorrow, so might have to do a red day? It was supposed to be green, as I have a few bits and bobs that need using up?

Will have a ponder whilst I whizz myself off for an early night and will update in the morning... Also I MUST remember to take a piccy of my evening meals, they are yummy, will try to remember tomorrow xx

I have done a sneaky weigh in this morning and haven't lost anything... Feeling very despondant today :-(

Weigh in isn't until monday but really, if there is no loss in 5 days then I can't see another 2 days making a difference?

I really feel like giving up today.

Will sort out today's food plan shortly.
 
Food.is looking good. Dont worry about the scales just wait until Monday, weight fluctuates a lot. Drink plenty of water too. X x
