Thnks guys... We ended up going out to a street party yesterday, I completely forgot to come back and write my food for the day, ooops!

So yesterday was

Breakfast
Banana
Yoghurt

Lunch
LM sausage (2 syns)
Chips
Beans

Dinner
Pasta
Chicken (heB)
Condensed soup (5 syns)

Extras - Magnum (13 syns), crisps (6 syns)

Completely odd day but thats because we were out for so long and I think I did pretty well only having the magnum and crisps!! There were food stalls and beer tents etc...

Anyway Today should be better :)

Two beer tents!

Today hasn't been great. I am at my sisters (she has just nipped to bath the baby) we had dinner here which was sausage, chips and beans. I had it because I don't want her to know I am on SW?! Plus I was hungry and she offered us all dinner lol.

Dinner was supposed to be egg fried rice, at home but we have ended up staying a long time!
 
Dinner is probably not that bad so just account all your syns and move on :)
 
Hi, lots of the food you cook looks/sounds lovely! I wouldn't worry too much about the food at your sister's because McCain oven chips aren't actually that much worse than wedges made in frylight and beans are totally allowed! xx

I have done just that, accounted for all syns at dinnertime.

Off out for fruit/veg in the morning and will need to use the mushrooms up so will do something with them tomorrow.

I am going to attempt a rissotto, so could try that as an alternative to fried rice. I might give it a test run at lunchtime?

Quorn chilli and rice
Chicken dinner
Chicken curry and rice
Lm sausages mash veg gravy
Ham mash beans
Thursday night curry meal out!

I will let you know if the risotto is a success lol.

Ah, gained 1lb. To be expected really.

Today and tomorrow are a bit hit and miss as we have virtually no food in untill wednesday, well apart from crisps and fishfingers!! It will be a case of dig deep for some healthy food.
