So, I had to take my bunch out at work for a weatherspoons Sunday lunch. I made a choice of their superiors salad which is spinach, strips of raw butternut squash, raw brocoli pieces, edamame beans, pomegranate seeds, and a grilled chicken breast. It came with Balsamiic vinegarette, how can I calculate the syns? With the grilled chicken the menu says it was still 468 cals, did I make a good choice?
