    Chicken and mushrooms?....from the chinese?!

My chinese meals usually consist of chicken chow mein, crispy chilli beef, house special fried rice, bbq sauce, crispy seaweed and prawn toast. Yum yum yum yum yum!! Bit hefty on the ol' points, but soooo worth it

My problem is, that when I'm on ww I'd rather have a pizza, because it's higher in points so it MUST be nicer, right? :giggle:

chicken and pineapple with noodles and beansprouts used to be my fave, it worked out at 7 1/2 points for the whole dish as noodles and beansprouts were 4 1/2 pts and chicken and pineapple was 3, I LOVED it, would have it every Friday night. But I see they're not in the new 2008 eating out guide - does that mean it's a no no?

My fave is plain chow mein with quick fried hot beef, or beef in black bean sauce - I save points for mine - its my one treat of the week.
