Eating Out

Hi guys,

Going out for lunch on sunday and was planning to have the following.

The Club Sandwich £8.95
Slices of smoked chicken with grilled bacon,
tomato, lettuce, and mayonnaise, layered in
toasted bread with ‘three-times cooked’ chips.

I am doing EE and was wondering how many syns to put aside for this? I could use my HEB as the bread.

Thanks

I think i need to change my choice. I syn weekly and tend to use them up over the weekend and go (mainly) syn free in the week but i think this dish would just be too high.

What about this one

Duo of Lamb
Not a great title, admittedly, but it certainly is a great dish.
A combination of a two-bone rack of lamb and slow roasted
lamb breast, served on fondant potato, with courgette and
carrot spaghetti, and rosemary gravy.

Gourmet Burger

I wonder how i should count the fondant potato and gravy?

or i could have

Roast topside of beef with Yorkshire Pudding,
roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

But then again how to syn the yorkshire and the roast pots - nightmare!

Thanks

Mayonnaise is the curse of the sandwich - it seems to go into everything! I can't ever buy a ready-made sandwich as they all have mayonnaise in them. But if they are freshly made you can ask them to leave it out.

Thanks Avisk, i know what you mean. i opted for the lamb instead and it was lovely!

I agree with avisk, I can't bare mayonaisse and it seems to be a rarity to find a prepacked sandwich without it.
